Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, using any planning or measurement tool, scheduling a consultation, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not submit service requests through it.

2. Website Purpose

This website provides information about home improvement, repair, renovation, maintenance, property support, and related services. It may also provide tools that allow you to explore service options, assess potential projects, estimate room dimensions, request consultations, or submit information for a quote.

Website content is provided for general informational and planning purposes and should not be considered a substitute for an on-site professional assessment where one is required.

3. Service Requests and Consultations

Submitting a service request, enquiry, consultation form, or quote request does not automatically create a contract or guarantee that services will be provided.

Requests may be reviewed before a service is accepted. Final scope of work, pricing, materials, responsibilities, scheduling, and other project conditions will be established through the applicable written agreement or approved service documentation.

4. Room Measurement and Planning Tools

Any room measurement, property assessment, planning calculator, visualization, recommendation, or similar interactive tool available through the website is intended for preliminary planning purposes only.

Measurements generated by digital tools may not account for wall thickness, irregular spaces, structural conditions, fixtures, slopes, construction tolerances, or other physical characteristics. Actual dimensions should be verified by appropriate professionals before materials are ordered or work begins.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when requesting services or using website tools. You are responsible for notifying us of any information that could affect the safety, scope, cost, or scheduling of a project.

You must provide reasonable and safe access to the property when a site visit, inspection, repair, installation, renovation, or other service is scheduled.

6. Property Access and Preparation

Before work begins, you may be required to remove or secure valuables, fragile objects, personal belongings, pets, vehicles, or other items that could interfere with the work or create a safety concern.

Where applicable, you are responsible for ensuring that utilities, access areas, parking arrangements, building permissions, and other property conditions necessary for the agreed work are reasonably available.

7. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes, estimates, and pricing information are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. The final price may change if the scope of work changes, concealed conditions are discovered, materials become unavailable, or additional work is requested or required.

Any validity period stated on a quote will apply. A quote does not constitute acceptance of a project until the required agreement or authorization has been completed.

8. Changes to the Scope of Work

Additional work, upgrades, substitutions, or changes requested after approval of the original scope may result in additional costs or changes to the project schedule.

Where reasonably practicable, changes will be documented and approved before the additional work is performed. Emergency or necessary work may be handled differently where immediate action is reasonably required to protect people or property.

9. Pricing and Payments

Payment amounts, deposits, progress payments, final payments, and applicable payment deadlines will be determined by the applicable service agreement, quote, invoice, or other written documentation.

You agree to make payments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make required payments may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or termination of the applicable agreement, subject to applicable law.

10. Scheduling

Project start dates and service appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the applicable requirements have been completed.

Scheduling may be affected by weather, permits, inspections, material availability, supplier delays, property conditions, subcontractor availability, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.

11. Materials and Product Availability

Material selections may be subject to availability, supplier lead times, discontinued products, manufacturing changes, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where an agreed product becomes unavailable, an alternative may be proposed for approval. Differences in material cost or installation requirements may affect the final project price.

12. Existing Property Conditions

Home repair and renovation work may reveal concealed conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began. These may include hidden damage, moisture, structural issues, outdated components, defective materials, code-related conditions, or other unexpected circumstances.

Additional investigation or corrective work may be necessary when such conditions are discovered. Any resulting changes to the scope or cost will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

13. Permits and Approvals

Certain projects may require permits, inspections, approvals, building association permissions, utility coordination, or other authorizations.

Responsibility for obtaining such approvals will depend on the applicable project agreement and local requirements. Work may be delayed where required approvals are not available when needed.

14. Subcontractors and Specialists

Some projects may require the involvement of independent contractors, licensed specialists, suppliers, inspectors, or other professionals. Such parties may be engaged where their expertise is appropriate for a particular portion of the work.

Where applicable, their work may be subject to their own qualifications, warranties, terms, and legal requirements.

15. Workmanship and Warranties

Any workmanship warranty provided will be limited to the terms, duration, exclusions, and conditions stated in the applicable written agreement.

Manufacturer warranties for products or materials may be passed through where available. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the applicable manufacturer's own terms and conditions.

16. Warranty Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, accidental damage, damage caused by third parties, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work.

Warranty coverage may also be affected where required maintenance or care has not been reasonably performed.

17. Site Safety

We may temporarily restrict access to areas where work is being performed or where hazards exist. You agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and keep children, pets, visitors, and unauthorized persons away from active work areas.

Work may be paused if conditions at the property create an unreasonable safety risk.

18. Customer-Provided Materials

If you provide materials, fixtures, appliances, products, measurements, designs, plans, or other items for use in a project, you are responsible for ensuring that they are suitable and available when required.

We may decline to install or use an item if it appears defective, incompatible, unsafe, damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for the intended application.

19. Photographs and Project Documentation

Photographs or other documentation may be taken during a project where reasonably necessary to document existing conditions, work progress, completed work, defects, measurements, or other project matters.

Any use of project images for promotional or public purposes will be subject to applicable permissions and privacy requirements.

20. Website Content Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and useful. However, descriptions, illustrations, service information, availability, pricing examples, measurements, and other content may change and may not always reflect the current conditions of a particular property or project.

Specific project terms contained in a written agreement will take precedence over general information displayed on the website.

21. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to improperly access or collect website content.

22. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, scheduling platforms, payment providers, or other external services. These third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a particular service or project will be limited to the remedies and amounts specified in the applicable written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from the use of the website or services, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

24. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fires, utility interruptions, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, labor disruptions, governmental actions, permit delays, or other unforeseen events.

Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and resume services when conditions permit.

25. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation rights, notice requirements, applicable charges, refunds, and termination conditions will be determined by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Either party may have the right to terminate an agreement where the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within any applicable notice period.

26. Responsibility for Completed Work

Once a project or portion of a project has been completed, you are responsible for using and maintaining the completed work in accordance with applicable instructions and reasonable maintenance requirements.

Failure to properly maintain completed work may affect applicable warranties or future service requirements.

27. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, designs, photographs, logos, layouts, software, interactive tools, and other website materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal and legitimate service-related purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit website materials without appropriate authorization.

28. Privacy

Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the website or submitting information, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, stored, and shared as described in that policy.

29. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises regarding a service or project, the parties should first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through direct communication and review of the applicable written agreement.

Nothing in these terms prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

30. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements, applicable disputes may be handled in the courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different venue.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated terms will be made available on this website. Your continued use of the website after updated terms are published may constitute acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

33. Entire Agreement

These website terms govern your general use of the website. For actual home services, the specific written agreement, approved quote, scope of work, invoice, or other project documentation will govern the particular project and will control where its terms conflict with general website information.

34. Contact and Legal Requests

Questions, notices, or requests relating to these Terms and Conditions may be submitted through the communication or enquiry options made available on this website.
